Documents required identity proofs, requisite certificates/affidavit as proof of belonging to a particular category for being entitled to free legal services.

Criteria for disqualification as a person availing legal aid with Kartavyam :-

Anyone found violating the aforesaid.

Not qualifies to be a marginalized section of society.
