Working with Kartavyam has been a wonderful and enlightening experience for me. I have learnt many skills and improved upon ones I already had. It's taught me how to manage various different kinds of works simultaneously, has pushed me to become a better researcher and helps me find ways to contribute to society in such tough times. The work environment and professionalism of all the other interns is great and provides an environment that is conducive for my personal growth in the field of law.

 Being a part of Kartavyam (With Trust), I have been actively working as an Associate Editor for the past three months and have mentored more than five interns each month. During the past few months, I can find visible changes in my communication, mentoring skills, and proofreading aspects.

Kartavyam has always been a second home to me. I go back a long way with Kartavyam and putting out in the simplest words, I have really enjoyed my time. I love how important role is played by every member. We all are a like a family working in a camaraderie to achieve a common goal: betterment of the society at large. The individual deeds are a separate but the cherry on the top is of course the Mentorship programme. We, as editors, help the interns in writing and researching skills. This hones their skills and also helps us in brushing ours.  So, in a nutshell, I would really like to express that Kartavyam is doing a great job in and out.

I joined Kartavyam in the month of July. Initially I didn’t understand the motive of organisation but within a week after interning under the organization I understood the importance of organization They helped people in this crucial time which is not cakewalk I learnt about communication skills which is very important for any profession. Also learnt how to manage people patiently due to which it enhances my overall attitude and personality. It is very good experience for me to intern under this organization. Also, mentors of Kartavyam helped me from out of the box. They guided me at every step of internship.

My experience at Kartavyam is simply great so far as we get to handle interns. Proofread their work. Send them feedbacks regarding the same. I have become more patient and more confident at the same time us we conduct meetings for the interns our managerial skills definitely develop. My co mentor is also supportive and is in constantly touch with me regarding our work. So, in total my experience is great so far working with Kartavyam.
